To apply for financial aid for your child, please call or email us (see below for contact info). Applicants will need to fill out a detailed financial summary, along with other information. The financial summary is developed and administered by the School and Student Services in Princeton, NJ, which will analyze it and make recommendations. We also ask for references, and like to arrange an interview when possible.
We solicit nominations for campers who would not be able to come to camp without financial assistance. If you would like to recommend someone, please call or email us with details. We will make financial aid decisions in mid March; nominations should be in by the end of January, so that there's time to get all the required information.
Selection is a difficult process, and depends mainly on financial need, along with our best estimate of the chances for success. We are not the right place for children with serious psychological or behavioral problems. We try to select children who are motivated to achieve in an adventuresome environment. We attempt, based on references, teacher comments, and when possible a personal interview, to identity young people who would not only benefit from the camp experience, but could contribute to the community. We welcome all faiths, races and nationalities.
Delayed payment plans are relatively easy to set up, and do not require the paperwork described above. If such a plan will work for you, contact the camp for further information.
